Both inclusivity and political correctness were brought about by the world and their idea of what is right and wrong. We can paint things any color we want and even believe that the paint changes the issue we are addressing. What happens in reality is we move further and further from that which God asks of us and what Christ died for. The Bible has undergone many translations. Some were by Godly men and women who sought to be consistent with wording that was in place when the original were put in place. Others have taken it upon themselves to have a "feel good" gospel which is no Gospel at all. Changing of gender roles, eliminating or supplanting Scripture to achieve their agenda and rendering their version politically correct. Remember that we aren't supposed to offend others and we are to put ourselves under bus according to these folks. That's not the Gospel message or the Bible that I read. When we do anything to add to or subtract from the Gospel; there are consequences to be had. Don't believe me? Take a look at our nation and the moral decay pit it's become. Take a good look at what parents DON'T do, DON'T say, and teach their children to do the same. Where are those believers who have stood up for the Gospel?
I'm sick of Christian people tip toeing around in order to "not offend" others. I'm sick of Christians who believe we need to be inclusive of people who worship anything other than the Lord Jesus. I'm sick of the mediocre Christians who put down other Christians because they are to "right wing". I'm sick of Christians who say that I must disobey God in the world today. There are those who believe that the Bible no longer speaks for today. They, of course, are wrong. I'm sick of the world where the Christian is brought into court for having standards that are contrary to the world's lack of standards. Our litigious society believes that all one needs to do today is sue someone and they can quell the voice of God. In many instances they have succeeded all because good Christian men and women have done nothing. I'm sick of the inclusivity being branded as the Christian message. The Bible tells us to love all mankind. The Bible tells us to not love their sin. The world turns that around and we find ourselves in the bind that gags us. Somehow we've become so inclusive and politically correct that we are no longer to be pointing out that sin is sin. If the man and woman of God won't be the voice of God, then they have relinquished their faith to the ways of the world and the devil. Sound harsh?
Some of you may be saying, "Why don't you get off your high horse!" It's because I've gotten off (for the most part) my high horse and am supporting He who will be coming on a real high horse! "Who are you to speak? Look at your own past." Yep, I have a past and it is just that, the past. Yours can be the past too if you surrender to Jesus. Relying on anyone's past to excuse your present is ludicrous. There is only one "past" that has anything to do with the future. That's Jesus. His birth, death, resurrection have sealed everyone's past who will surrender to Him. With no past we can live for today and not worry about tomorrow. "He hasn't come back for over 2000 years!" Yes he has. He has come into the hearts of all who believe in His name and are saved. "But look at what the world has become, doesn't Jesus care?" It's because he cared that he did what he did. The state of the world is our part in being inclusive and politically correct. It's God the Father, God the Holy Spirit and God the Son whom Christians should serve. Take your inclusive and politically correct beliefs and try to support them with Scripture. If you stand for nothing you will fall for anything and that's just what the world has become...a place where they think they are all standing but instead are all fallen. It's always been our choice. Today, it's your choice.
